Employees are the lifeblood of all business, it is estimated that 137 million working days were lost due to illness and injury in 2016 and mental health problems cost UK employers £30 Billion a year through lost production, recruitment and absence.
Do you have key members of staff off work due to stress or mental health issues? We can support you and your staff through this period with our Employees’ Support Service.
Whilst our wellbeing advice service aims to increase staff resilience and reduce the chance of mental ill health, there may be the occasion where employees need specialist support.
Through our unique onsite, telephone or face-to-face service, we can help identify if an employee will benefit from a specific specialist service if so we can advocate and signpost employees to the right appropriate services.
Our staff will continue to be there to offer support guidance, advocacy and a friendly face regardless of whether other professional services are required.
