Professional Health and Welfare Attorney Services

Our Health and Welfare attorney service uses the Court of Protection's Deputyship Standards (section 2 to 5) to ensure our service is of the highest level of quality.

For us, it's essential we get to know you, your health needs and just as importantly, your wishes and feelings; this can be in the form of:

  • Adult needs assessments

  • Advanced directives (living will)

  • Annual needs reviews

  • Monthly welfare reviews

These specialist assessments and reviews allow us to ensure should we need to make decisions on your behalf, they are genuinely in your best interest.

To grant lasting power of attorney, you must have the mental capacity to do so.

Everyone is different, and so is everyone's situation.

That's why we have created a simple and affordable subscription service; you can choose which package best suits your current needs, and if you need to upgrade, that's not a problem.

We work closely with professional financial attorneys with our Professional Health and Welfare Attorney service acts as the lynchpin between you, your financial attorney and other agencies such as your local authority and care providers.

Advance Decision (living will)

Our Health and Welfare attorney service uses the Court of Protection's Deputyship Standards (section 2 to 5) to ensure our service is of the highest level of quality. (To grant lasting power of attorney, you must have the mental capacity to do so.)

We can manage all emails and letters received from agencies such as social services and care providers, reducing the stress and ensuring issues are responded to quickly.

Monthly reviews via our integrated telehealth service allow us to identify and amend care plans when needs change; it also allows you and your carers a mediation service should the need arise.

Our Annual review as in-depth care act (2014) assessment of needs to ensure your records are up-to-date and that all assessed needs are being met, allowing a comprehensive review of your needs and your personalised care plan.

An advance decision (sometimes known as an advance decision to refuse treatment, an ADRT, or a living will) is a decision you can make now to refuse a specific type of treatment at some time in the future. We can assist in the creation of this and ensure it is reviewed annually as part of your annual needs review.
