Fixed fees for every stage of the EHCP process. The fee on the card is the most you pay for that service; if the work takes longer than we planned, we absorb it. The hearing is invoiced only when a hearing notice arrives, and not charged if the council concedes first.
Fees include VAT. Work outside a fixed scope is £90 an hour including VAT, agreed in writing first. England only.

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every Little Nellies fee is shown including VAT at 20 per cent, with the net figure on the service page. Your invoice shows both.
When do I pay?
Fixed-fee services are invoiced at instruction. Appeals are invoiced in stages tied to the work delivered. Mediation attendance is invoiced when the date is confirmed and the hearing when the hearing notice arrives; neither is charged if the meeting or hearing does not happen.
What happens if the council concedes before the hearing?
The appeal ends on the terms agreed and the hearing fee is not charged. You pay for the case we built, not for a day in a hearing room that did not happen.
Is there anything not included?
Each service page lists what is and is not included. Work outside a fixed scope is agreed in writing before it starts, at £168 an hour including VAT. We do not charge travel for remote work.
Is the advocacy and action plan on this page?
Yes, at the bottom: £360 including VAT for a three hour block, one block minimum, expiring 90 days from purchase. It is the flexible option for advice after a decision or before a difficult school meeting.
