Family is at the heart of every elephant’s life and just like people, elephants care, comfort, empathise, work together and even hug. We thought it was a great way to sum up our compassionate, collaborative approach and our mission to protect and support individuals, and the families and communities they’re a part of.

Why are we called nellie?

What our clients say about us...

What a fantastic company.
Really friendly and very helpful. Everything sorted in a matter of hours. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a COP3 mental capacity assessment done. I'm sure they would be just as efficient for all the other services they offer.

Dawn Keable Thompson

From first contact with Katy through to the Social Worker coming out to assess my son the team have been fantastic. We have been waiting for our GP to complete the COP3 assessment for months and got knowhere.

Everyone was really friendly, explained everything to me and came out to the house to see us really quickly.

Sam

I referred one of my clients to Nellie for a number of capacity assesments. Louise the assesor was brilliant, she put my client at ease and built a great rapport very quickly. Louise was able to work through the decision making process with her in a way that was comfortable and in the words of the family 'was simply brilliant'. I have no hesitation in recomendng the Nellie team
