Director of Operations and Life Expectancy Expert, providing independent, CPR Part 35-compliant life expectancy evidence to solicitors and the courts across England and Wales in cases involving prognosis, mortality and longevity, including statutory wills, contested probate and clinical negligence.

Senior Social Worker and Lead Practitioner, and a member of the management team. Conducts Mental Capacity Assessments and Social Care Needs Assessments used in the Court of Protection, Family Courts and Court of Appeal, and supervises a team of social workers.

Registered Social Worker with Social Work England and five years' experience across child protection and long-term teams, bringing expertise in assessment, safeguarding, advocacy and court report writing. Ruth is a Mental Capacity, Montreal Cognitive and Financial Vulnerability Assessor.

Chartered Psychologist specialising in Mental Capacity Assessments, with particular expertise in cognitive impairment and financial vulnerability. A certified Montreal Cognitive and Lichtenberg Financial Vulnerability Assessor, she assesses for the Court of Protection, Family Courts and Court of Appeal.

Psychologist with a background in psychology and behaviour support, delivering Mental Capacity Assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and detailed reports for legal proceedings.

Funmi is our Marketing Executive, bringing extensive expertise and creative strategy to the Nellie Supports team. She graduated with honours in Marketing from Lagos State University and earned her MSc in Digital Marketing with Distinction from the University of Lincoln.

Shona is our Client Liaison and Office Manager, bringing over twenty years of administrative and client-facing experience across the legal, insurance and property sectors. Known for her accuracy and calm, professional manner, she is a reassuring first point of contact.

Maddy is one of our Client Liaison team, bringing four years of experience as a care navigator and personal assistant in a GP surgery, alongside a background in community care. With qualifications in Health and Social Care, she offers clear, friendly communication and a thoughtful approach to supporting clients and managing enquiries.

Katy is one of our Client Liaison Officers and often our front of house. She brings a wealth of customer service experience, qualifications in business administration, and specialist training in the Lichtenberg Financial Assessment and Personal Independence Payment processes.

Samantha is part of the Nellie Supports team, combining her role with ongoing A-level studies. She has gained experience in health and social care settings and taken part in emergency services disaster simulation days, bringing enthusiasm, reliability and a thoughtful approach.

Experienced Special Educational Needs practitioner leading EHCP draft reviews, SEND appeals and advocacy in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015, with particular expertise in ASD and ADHD.

Chelsie holds a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care from Nottingham Trent University and has supported children and young people with a wide range of needs. As an EHCP Caseworker at Little Nellie's, she works to secure the best outcomes for each child.
